everything with BB is optional and meant to supplement your bar experience, not stress you out. come to every workout, come to one, join the BB Sections or don't. It's completely up to you.

how our movement series is designed
our series moves through four phases designed to support you through the highs and lows of bar prep, from building endurance to staying grounded before exam day!

our instructors
our instructors are lawyers too, which means every class is built with an understanding of how movement can support the stress, pressure, and pace of student and professional life.

claire is a co-founder, certified barre, sculpt and pilates-fusion instructor. she is a lawyer and a temple law grad!

anna is a certified barre, sculpt and pilates instructor based in NYC. she is a lawyer and a brooklyn law grad!

claire or anna will lead us through a 30 minute, equipment-free, beginner-friendly movement series.
no expectations or pressure. come as you are.

no! our movement sessions are completely optional. come to all, some, or none.
drop in each week to decompress & take time for yourself!

No advance registration or sign-ups are required. Just join the zoom and come move with us.

of course! students are welcome to join at any point between the week of June 8 and the week of July 13.

absolutely. our series is equipment-free and designed for all levels.
whether you’re completely new to barre/pilates or just looking to switch things up during bar prep, this is a low-pressure way to challenge yourself and try something new.

your BB Section is live as of 5/18!

fill out our short form to help us place you into a BB Section.
Sections have up to 10 students using the same bar prep program & taking the same bar exam.

after you fill out the form, we’ll send you an invite to our FB group where you can chat, message, or share resources with your Section.
*you must have a FB (or create one) so we can add you to your Section!

Once you've joined, you'll be able to use it however you want: ask questions, coordinate study sessions, celebrate wins, find accountability buddies, or just remind yourself that you aren't doing this alone.
We’ll also post updates, tips, reminders, and more guidance there throughout the summer so you know how to make the most of the group.
